CANCELLATION POLICY 

– Reservation must be cancelled or modified 5 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation
– The Guest Home requires a period of 15 days after your cancellation in order to complete the refund
– No show will be charged the full cost of the stay
– Refunds will be subject to 3% of the reservation total amount administration fee
