CASA IDALIA COMPORTA
Article 1 / Duration of the stay
The client who books accommodation with the owner for a specific period of time may not, under any circumstances, take advantage of any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 / Booking formalities
On receipt of the reservation made by the client on the owner’s website: http://www.casaidalia.com, the said client will receive a confirmation e-mail entitled: “Casa Idalia, your reservation X is made”.
By paying the deposit, the client confirms his full agreement with the general conditions specified below.
If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will not be confirmed. Consequently, at the end of the 60 minute period, the owner reserves the right to re-let the room(s).
Article 3 / Room prices
The rates shown are prices per room, per night, including breakfast and tourist tax.
The rates do not include any additional services.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the client
Any modification of the reservation, of date, of room, is only possible after the agreement of the owner and can possibly involve additional expenses, and will be done according to the availabilities at the date of the modification.
The client is informed of the special conditions in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay:
The reservation must be cancelled or modified 5 days before the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
Casa Idalia needs a period of 15 days after your cancellation to make the refund.
In case of no-show, the total cost of the stay will be charged.
In case of early departure during the stay, the total cost of the stay will be due.
Refunds will be subject to an administration fee of 3% of the reservation total amount.
Article 5 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he will immediately inform the client.
The client will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for all sums paid.
Article 6 / Arrival time
The client must arrive on the day specified at the time of booking, at the earliest at 4 p.m. (time of availability of the rooms and handover of the keys) and at the latest at 8 p.m.
The client must inform us by telephone if he/she is obliged to arrive after this time.
Article 7 / Breakfast
Breakfast time is fixed :
every day from 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
Article 8 / Check-out time
The time of departure from the rooms is fixed :
every day at 11:00 am at the latest.
Article 9 / Payment of the balance of the accommodation
The balance of the stay must be paid before departure, at the client’s initiative.
An invoice is given to the client on departure with details of the service, the amount of the accommodation, the amount of any additional services, the amount of the tourist tax and the amount of VAT applied.
Article 10 / Change of rooms
It is possible that the owner, for service or security reasons, has to change the room initially booked by the client. In this case the change will always be to a room with the same capacity and the same level of service.
In this case, the cost of the reservation will be adjusted.
Article 11 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 12 / Lifestyle and use of the premises
In order to preserve the tranquillity of the premises and the comfort of the guests, a certain “art of living” is required of everyone, the one that is necessary when living in a community.
In particular, guests are asked not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas and, as far as possible, to keep away from open doors and windows so as not to disturb the occupants.
It is requested to remain discreet when crossing the common areas in order not to disturb the other occupants.
The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare systematically – and to assume financially – any damage for which he/she would be responsible.
Article 13 / Modification of the conditions of sale
The present conditions of sale may be modified at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed to be acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
Article 14 / Data Protection Act
In accordance with the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, the customer profits from a right of access and of correction to the data relating to it. The owner undertakes not to transmit under any circumstances the information provided by the customer to other companies or organisations for advertising purposes.
